Our Service to You.

We will collect your pet either from the veterinary practice or your home. If we collect your pet from your veterinary practice then we will also return your pet after cremation to the same practice, your veterinary practice should have brochures available to let you look through. If you choose to have us collect your pet from your home, then we will also return your pet after cremation to your home. We offer this part of our service in an effort to keep this difficult time as private, personal and respectful as possible.When our representative calls with you they will be able to take you through exactly what options are available to you, for example whether you would like ashes returned or not, or which presentation option you would prefer, so do not worry if you are not sure what your requirements are. All you need to do is contact us and tell us where you would like us to collect your pet from if you would like us to come to your home or the veterinary practice you have been dealing with will contact us, and we will make sure that we find out what your requirements are and how you would like us to return your pet.
